No analytical training required pre-requisites – just a willingness to change processes that are proven as not acceptable.
Six Sigma Healthcare -
Green Belt Training
Virtual or In-Person Training of Advanced Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodology. Expands on the Lean concepts of optimizing flow and reducing waste, and adds statistical analysis to identify and reduce process variation. This level continues to focus on applications in health care delivery, and provides the hands-on experience to be a QI/PI team leader.
Yellow-Belt training is strongly recommended as a pre-requisite.
